Students will be contacted from a member of Accommodations Services with information on establishing their semester intake discussion. Intake discussions for incoming students typically occur 2-3 weeks prior to semester start date.
Accepted documentation includes
- Most recent IEP and psychological (or psycho-educational) evaluation. If post-high school then results of the most recent diagnostic testing or psychological evaluation
- Detailed letter with recommendations from a psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed mental health professional.
- Detailed letter with recommendations from the treating physician or other medical professional directly involved in the student’s disability-related care.
Documentation can be copies of existing materials or a signed, dated letter on letterhead from an appropriately credentialed professional who has worked with the individual in dealing with the disability.
